Uplift Incorporated is a newly formed 501 C-3 organization and was established in January 2008 by a group of men called the” Men of Omega Psi Phi”.  It became officially certified by the State of Pennsylvania in May 2008.   As stated above, the express purpose of the organization is to promote the well being of youth, young adults and senior citizens in the greater City of Harrisburg and the Capitol Region. It is our intent to carry out this mission by providing people of all walks of life with opportunities to showcase their Artistic, Educational, Social, Psychological, Economic, Health and sometimes Athletic skills and abilities to all residents in the city and surrounding counties.
